We are very thankful to this company for resolving our very confusing issue. Our home of 7 years had a buried pump and when the irrigation water stopped working, we did not know why or what to do. This company knew exactly how to prepare us for the digging and pump repair.

This company saved the day for me due to a well pump failure. I had no water to the house and they were very responsive and helpful in solving the problem where other companies were not. They provided Exceptional service and professionalism.

Andrew did a great job. He was thorough yet took his time to explain everything to us so that we fully understood the system and how it worked. I will definitely use this company moving forward. Their office staff is polite and responsive as well. Excellent experience overall and cost was reasonable.

McCullers is a professional company in all aspects of their business. Their service tech arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and changed out the water purification canisters in record time. They were in bad shape, and he recommended changing them out every 8 months vs 12 to ensure the maximum benefit they provide. I was able to pay with a credit card and received a receipt to my email in seconds. It was easy to make an appointment for service and the staff was very efficient and polite. I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided by McCullers and would highly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

The 2 man crew showed up 2+ hours early, 10 am, and went right to work locating the underground pump that no longer worked. By 3 pm they had removed the old pump and installed the new pump, tested it and it was working great. Now l can get my sprinkler system up running again and water my lawn.
